No. Everything is in plain English: who owes you, who you owe, and what you've made. The proper bookkeeping happens behind the scenes.
They're short and polite, and start gently. You choose which days they go out, and you can pause reminders for any customer or put an invoice on hold.
It works out VAT at 20%, 5% or 0% on each invoice line, and reports give you an estimate of the VAT position. It doesn't submit VAT returns to HMRC, and it isn't a substitute for an accountant. If you're not VAT registered, just use 0%.
Each business's records are kept separate, and only people you invite can see them. Every change is logged with who made it and when.
